Wednesday 13 November 2024
Year 7 2025 Students: 8:15am to 2:45pm
All Year 7 2025 Parents: 12:45pm to 2:45pm
Student Program:
8.15am: Students register outside Rooms 29/30 near Elvo Lawn.Ìý Parents are welcome to accompany their children for registration or drop-off at the turning circle.
8.45am – 12.30pm: Students ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéӰƬ academic progress testing (with a morning tea break).Ìý Please see more detailed information regarding this testing further in this letter.
12.30pm – 1.00pm: Students enjoy lunch (provided) on Founders Field and meet up with parents.
1.00pm – 1.20pm: Students attend presentation in the Peter Craig Centre (PCC) with parents.
1.20pm – 2.15pm: Students depart PCC andÌýjoin House groups to spend time with their Heads of House, Mentors and Student Leaders.
2.15pm – 2.30pm: Students rejoin parents on Elvo Lawn.
2.45pm: Families depart, unless students have after-school activities.
Parent Program:
8.15am: Students register for Orientation Day – parents welcome to accompany their children for registration or drop off at the turning circle.Ìý Once registered, parents depart.
12.30pm – 12.45pm: Parents return for Parent Presentation in the PCC.Ìý Please park along the main driveway – students will be having lunch / free time on Founders Field.
12.50pm:Ìý Students and Parents make their way to the PCC.
1.00pm – 1.20pm: Presentation commences in the PCC for parents and students.
1.20pm – 1.45±è³¾:ÌýPresentation for parents continues, after students depart for House Groups.
1.45pm: Presentation concludes and parents are invited to Elvo Lawn for refreshments.
2.15pm: Students join parents on Elvo Lawn.
2.45pm Families depart unless students have after-school activities.
Students should wear neat, casual clothing (no uniforms please).Ìý Please bring a water bottle and some morning tea.Ìý Lunch will be provided.
